The focus of my best bet tonight is the lightweight fight between BJJ ace Davi Ramos and Alpaca shearing ace John Gunther.

 

This is quite a long way from a fair fight and usually in these positions I end up backing the underdog so before you think I’ve lost my mind – no, I am not betting on John Gunther!

 

The line is extremely heavily in Ramos’ favour, and all signs point to a round one submission. I think we can find some value taking a different position on a Ramos victory.

 

Ramos is obviously a BJJ guy but he is well built and carries plenty of power in his striking. He is probably going to be the better striker here so he might spend more time there than people expect. That’s what we are going to hope for and take two props along those lines.

 

I strongly considered hedging these props with the Ramos round 1 prop, but ultimately decided this wasn’t a fight I was ready to risk losing over 2u on.
