UFC 206 Prop Betting Selections

Misha Cirkunov Wins by Submission (+235)
I think this is the most likely outcome for this fight. Cirkunov has a massive grappling advantage over Nikita Krylov, and if (when) they get to the ground, I can only see this ending one way.

Kelvin Gastelum Wins by Decision (+220)
Simply put, I like Gastelum’s chances of outworking Tim Kennedy over the course of three rounds en route to winning a unanimous decision, so I truly believe all of the value lies in this prop.

Donald Cerrone Wins by Submission (+250)
Unless Cerrone gets hit by a hard body kick early in the fight, this is his fight to lose. He’s the more technical fighter coming into this bout against Matt Brown, plus he has the superior grappling game. I think Cerrone hurts Brown at some point and jumps for a quick submission, so I like the value on this prop.

Matthew Lopez Wins in Round 3 (+2500)
With Mitch Gagnon’s tendency to fade in fights, I could easily see Lopez getting a late stoppage in round 3. I know he doesn’t have the best cardio either, but at 25-to-1 you can’t argue this prop has a nice chance.
