Courtney Casey wins Inside the Distance (+400)
I like Casey in this spot, and I think there is a good chance she finishes Aguilar. Basically, I believe Casey will be able to keep this fight vertical, and land a few hard shots for a TKO win, or find a submission on the mat should they go there. All of Casey’s wins have been inside the distance, and she always has her opponents in trouble despite losing.
Enrique Barzola wins by decision (+170)
Simply put, Barzola’s takedown threat should neutralize Benitez’s kicking game. Plus, the Peruvian has the conditioning to push the pace for a full 15 minutes. I think he overwhelms Benitez with constant pressure to earn a unanimous decision win.
Jason Knight Wins in Round 3 (+2200)
I haven’t had much luck with these “round 3” props lately, but I’m not giving up, and I am hoping to end this streak on Saturday night.
To put it simply, I think Jason Knight has a great chance of finishing Chas Skelly if the fight gets to the third round, as he has the superior cardio and a solid ground game that should help him find the submission. That said, I am expecting a back-and-forth fight up until that point, but at 22-to-1 per Bet365, this is my favorite prop of the card.
Frankie Edgar via Decision (+125)
UFC 211’s Frankie Edgar vs Yair Rodriguez is a fight that has been widely discussed across the internet, with the public backing Rodriguez for the most part.
While I do think Rodriguez is full of talent, I believe this is too much fortoo soon for him. I see the veteran Edgar scoring points on the feet and using his takedowns and top control to win all three rounds for a unanimous decision victory.
